PERMA model

The happiness scan is based on the PERMA model developed by Martin Seligman. He distinguishes five factors that influence happiness at work:

Positive emotion – feeling good in your own skin
Engagement – finding a good flow, involvement
(Positive) Relationships – relationships with others, authentic connections
Meaning – purposefully exist, have a purpose
Accomplishment – challenge and achievement, sense of success

How does it work?

Start

Your employees complete an online questionnaire. We analyze the results and together we determine the goals.

Analyze

The system always sends 1 question to your employees on irregular days and times. The answers are analyzed monthly.

Improve

After 13 weeks, we send another online questionnaire and measure both the status and the points for improvement. Together we determine next steps.

The driving force behind Carpe Vita is Petra Groot Nibbelink. Ze has 20 years of local (Sint Maarten) and international experience in the finance sector in projectmanagement, change management and leadership. Based on this she developed her own vision on how to develop teams, leaders and employees with the goals to increase energy and to increase the results. She is trained as coach and certified Insights Discovery practitioner.
